I’m not sure if it was just the time of day or the day itself; there was practically no one in the restaurant last Sunday noon time. I loved it, though, because I was able to see the beauty of the restaurant. The homemade vibe was totally there. As I was eating, I was accompanied by the soundtrack of the chef cutting vegetables, and it all felt calming and zen-like. The restaurant reminded me of the movie Tampopo, just a cozy, humble spot to get my Korean cravings satisfied. The waiter was polite and helpful, and the food was simple, delicious comforts. I loved their sides. They had more variations than other Korean restaurants. Portions were decent and restaurant was modern mixed with traditional. I’ll be coming back again.
Love the food and side dishes. The lady who owns the restaurant is very friendly and makes you feel like you are having homemade korean food. Very authentic Korean restaurant. My daughters and I love to go there, and going there is like a treat for us.
Wow! It's probably the best Korean restaurant in Mississauga. Best food and a lot of choices. Visited for the first time. Will try more. Visited again. So far, so good.
The food definitely serves the business name WOW!! Super delicious! The amount of pork in my Pork bone soup was amazing! Beef Dumplings & Bulgogi was extremely yummy! So worth it! Will come back again soon! Tuesdays they are closed!!
We had dinner here tonight and it was absolutely delicious, every single dish. We finished all the food and even asked for more side dishes. I would also like to mention the very pleasant service
Wow! Korean Restaurant is a great little family-owned restaurant! Everything was quick to order and so convenient with the tablet. The service was fast and the server was very polite. We tried the potato pancake, veggie dumplings, fried chicken, rice cake ramen, pork bone stew was sold out so we went with pork-on-the-bone soup, which was similar. Everything was delicious! We'd definitely come back again! Thank you for a tasty dinner!
This is legit Korean food. A lot of restaurants use premade ingredients and have a store-bought taste to their food but everything I ate here tasted homemade. I had the beef dumplings, Tteobboki (rice cakes) and Jjangmyeon. All of these were excellent, they’re priced very fairly and had a ton of rich flavour. Particularly the jjangmyeon was some of the most balanced I’ve had in a while. My friends had the Korean fried chicken and tofu soup and also loved it. The staff was very nice and we got our food super fast! Would definitely eat here again.
Tiny little spot for excellent Korean food! I wanted to try the poke bone soup but the tablet said it was sold out, I think they were making more because people after us were able to order. I ordered the spicy pork rib stew instead, was similar so I'd recommend it! The broth is thicker than I soup (if I had to guess) but same amount of deliciousness! Pancake was very yummy and same with the fried chicken. I'd come here again
